Mike Fayad was tragically killed the evening of October 25th in a car accident while he and his wife were driving home from dinner.
Mike was a husband, father, brother, son, and friend. He loved his family dearly and is survived by his wife, Deanna, and their three amazing kids: Brayden, Kyla, and Luka.
Mike was the head coach of the Arctic Foxes Hockey Association 14U-4 team and had been a coach for over ten years. Mike also served as the fundraising chair for the Arctic Foxes Board of Directors.
Mike was always willing to step up and volunteer. He loved coaching and being part of the Arctic Foxes organization. You could always find Mike creating a kick-ass opening game video and showing his kids how to really love the game.

A multi-vehicle crash in Washington County has resulted in one death.
According to investigators, Michael Fayad, 51, was killed in the crash.
Dispatchers reported that the incident occurred between three cars near Washington Road and Demar Boulevard in North Strabane Township around 11 p.m. on Friday.
Fayad was at a red light, waiting to turn left into Demar Boulevard from Washington Road.
Another vehicle crossed the lane at high speed and collided into Fayad’s vehicle, causing Fayad to collide with a third vehicle.
According to the Washington County Coroner’s Office, Fayad was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The road was closed as a result of the incident, and it is unclear when it will reopen.
The North Strabane Township Police Department is investigating the crash.
